On this site, you will find ways to be involved as a volunteer through the active Deerfield Parents Network (DPN), upcoming parent events both on and off campus, log-in to DA Info where you can view your child’s class schedule, grades, and student comments, and ways to support Deerfield through a donation.

Important Dates
Please view the Main Calendar for the official and most up-to-date list of events, vacation start/end times, future year events, and more.
Note: For vacations and long weekends, students may not leave prior to their last regularly scheduled class, assessments, or cocurricular assignment; schedule changes should not be requested to accommodate travel plans. Dormitories close the day after school vacations begin and all students should arrange to be off campus by that time. The only exception is Long Winter Weekend, when all students must be off campus beginning on Thursday.
At the conclusion of vacations and long weekends, students must return to campus by 7:45 pm on:

The vacation bus departure/return schedule for the school year is now available. Please refer to this schedule if families require school transportation for their child(ren) on the departure and return for the four school breaks. We only offer buses to the destinations listed and only on the days of departure and return; for this service, we charge your child’s account accordingly. We will contact all students asking them to sign up approximately two weeks before the buses leave to secure a spot. Please contact the Student Life Office with any further questions about this service. Further information on travel and visiting the area can be found here.
