NO alcohol or any drugs are to be brought onto campus or consumed in the dormitories. Consumption of alcohol is ONLY to take place in the tent or designated reception sites, and only while the bar is open.

Everyone MUST sign a waiver prior to exercise or occupancy (available on the upper level of the Fitness Center).
Weekend Dress is casual except for the 50th Dinner on Friday night, where 50th reunion class guests can choose from the following: a coat/tie, dress, or nice pants and top. Plan your attire based on the activities you expect to participate in and be sure to check the weather forecast before you leave for the weekend.
We are not allowing camping (tent or RV) on campus during Reunions. If you are interested in camping as a lodging option, please use these links for a list of state-owned campgrounds or privately-owned campgrounds. Those who are non-compliant may be asked to leave campus for this event.

An exceptional program for children between the ages of 3-12 is available Friday from 7 am-11 pm, and Saturday from 9 am-12 pm and 5 pm-11 pm. Children must be toilet-trained; no exceptions. Activities are age-appropriate. Parents need to feed their child(ren) prior to check-in. Supper is provided to children in the childcare tent on Saturday evening. When childcare is not open, parents are responsible for their children.
You may purchase your favorite Deerfield items online at Hitchcock House at any time.

Unfortunately, Deerfield is not able to provide personal assistants for those with special medical needs.
Due to the potential for becoming a nuisance to other guests or damage to our campus, pets are not permitted during Reunions with the exception medically necessary service animals. If you have any questions, please contact the Alumni Office (reunions@deerfield.edu).

Deerfield Stores: You may purchase your favorite Deerfield items at Hitchcock House and the Athletic Store throughout the weekend.
Housing: Every effort will be made to house you with your classmates. If you register late or as a last minute walk-in, this may not be possible. Each room will have basic amenities: a twin bed, sheets, a blanket, a pillow, two towels, soap, and disposable cold drink cups. Remember: this is dorm living! Children older than 11 will have their own dorm rooms, if space permits. It is important to bring sleeping bags/pillows for younger children.
