Important Information:

The Academy continues to strongly recommend that visitors to campus are fully vaccinated and have received boosters as recommended by the CDC. Vaccination, with few exceptions, is required for all Deerfield Academy students and employees.
At this time, there is no masking requirement for students, employees, or visitors to campus. The Academy’s leadership team, in partnership with our health experts, continues to monitor the local and national public health landscape, and may make adjustments to Covid-related measures as necessary.

NO alcohol or any drugs are to be brought onto campus or consumed in the dormitories. Consumption of alcohol is ONLY to take place in the tent or designated reception sites, and only while the bar is open.

Hours: pending.
Everyone MUST sign a waiver prior to exercise or occupancy (available on the upper level of the Fitness Center).

Weekend Dress is casual except the 50th Dinner on Friday night, where class dress is preferred. Plan your attire based on the activities you expect to participate in and be sure to check the weather forecast before you leave for the weekend.

We are not allowing camping (tent or RV) on campus during Reunions. If you are interested in camping as a lodging option, please use these links for a list of state-owned campgrounds or privately-owned campgrounds. Those who are non-compliant may be asked to leave campus for this event.

A map with event locations will be available at the registration desk.

An exceptional program for children between the ages of 3-12 is available Friday from 7 am-11 pm, and Saturday from 9 am-12 pm and 5 pm-11 pm. Children must be toilet-trained; no exceptions. Activities are age-appropriate. Supper is served to children Friday and Saturday evenings in the childcare tent. When childcare is not open, parents are responsible for their children.

You may purchase your favorite Deerfield items online at Hitchcock House at any time.

Every effort will be made to house you with your classmates on campus. If you register late, this may not be possible. Only registered guests should be making use of residential spaces and everyone should ensure they have a place to stay overnight. Due to our fire capacities per dorm floor, bunking in common rooms or other spaces will not be allowed.

Each room will have basic amenities: a twin bed, sheets, a blanket, two towels, soap and disposable cold drink cups. Remember — this is dorm living! Children 13 and older will have their own dorm rooms; younger children will share a room with the adult guest. It is important to bring sleeping bags/pillows for younger children. We secured limited room blocks in the area which expired on May 11 & May 18, 2022. Additional off-campus lodging options available on the DA website: deerfield.edu/about/visit/lodging
