Search the library catalog for physical materials held by the library such as books, audiobooks, and DVDs.
Access the Library Catalog on your web browser and select Log In, located in the upper right-hand corner. You will be prompted to enter your DA username and password.
After you’ve logged in successfully, you will be directed back to the library catalog homepage. Select your Account (upper right-hand corner), then select View Loans. You will be directed to a list of the items you have checked out.
Select the orange Renew Loan button under the item’s due date to renew it.
If the item has a hold for another patron, or has reached its limit for renewals, you will receive an error message saying the book cannot be renewed. In that case, please email the Circulation Desk.

Students and others will be charged the cost of replacement for any item not returned after a bill has been issued and for damaged materials.
Reference, rare book collection, some interlibrary loan titles, and the most current issue of a periodical do not circulate and may be used only in the library.
Any library patron may place a hold on a currently-checked-out item. Information Desk staff are happy to place holds or users may place their own holds online (search the Library catalog for the title of interest, if it’s Not Available click the Place Hold button and follow the prompts). Users will receive an email notification once the item is ready for pick-up.
