Exciting News! We have a New Package Pickup System

We’ve installed package lockers where the old mail slots used to be. When you receive an email from Shipping & Receiving, it will indicate whether your package is in the lockers or in the package area.

Locker Pickup
If your email indicates your package is in a locker, you must enter through the stairs entrance. At the lockers, scan your OneCard or enter the code that was provided in the email, and the locker will open. Please remove all packages and close the door—note, the locker won’t reopen once closed.

If you have multiple packages, you might receive separate emails for each locker.

Regular Mail
Regular mail will be available in the package area or placed with any packages you receive.

Located in the garden level of the D.S. Chen Center for Health and Wellness, the Shipping and Receiving Office provides all on-campus shipping services to the community.

Student mail/packages should be addressed as follows:

• USPS:  Student Name, PO Box 298, Deerfield, MA 01342
• UPS or Fedex:  Student Name, 7 Boyden Lane, Deerfield, MA 01342

The Shipping and Receiving Office provides all on-campus shipping services to the community. Accepted payment methods for shipping packages are cash, check, or charge to student account.

When you have a package, you will receive a notification email. Please be prompt in picking your package up. If the package is left for more than one week you will receive a second email requesting pickup; after ten days we will notify the Student Life Office and they will call and/or email you. If there is still no response the package will be returned to the sender.

Packages are put on the shelves in alphabetical order by last name from left to right.
