Clare Malfitano is graduating a year early from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. She is then heading to Florence, Italy to earn her Baking & Pastry Degree at the Florence University of the Arts this coming fall and hopes to earn a degree in the culinary arts when she returns from studying abroad.
