In my capacity as Vice Chair of the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation, I delivered a speech on August 6th in Santa Barbara, CA concerning the lawsuits which the Republic of the Marshall Islands recently filed against the nine nations currently in possession of nuclear weapons.
