Quick Trip back to DA

Quick trip back to DA for the trustee dinner to honor David Pond on his retirement. David was Head of Alumni Affairs and Development for 34 years!  Featured are some shots of the renovated Memorial Building (now Hess Center for the Arts). In the new concert hall, we were treated to a performance of Aaron Copland’s “Appalachian Spring” which was incredible. The Art Gallery and the Concert Hall are absolutely incredible.  The Arts teaching was always great at DA – the spaces have finally caught up.  (Next up – the FLB Library getting gutted to include more collaborative and iLab maker spaces etc. Then a field house and new hockey rink! DA Scroll has a master plan article: SCROLL
