The Deerfield Doors traveled to neighboring Gill, MA to race at the NMH Invitational and compete against Choate, Loomis Chaffee, NMH, St. Paul’s, as well as runners from Cushing Academy, Concord Academy and Keene.

The girls and boys teams were split into two separate races; the varsity and junior varsity races. The Deerfield boys team won both the varsity and junior varsity contests. They were led by Arafat Jama ’27 who took second overall in the varsity race and Max Wang ’25 took third place just steps behind his teammate. In the JV race, Chas Arnold ’25 paced the Big Green with a second place finish overall.
