We are Deerfield’s book drive organization, Page Re-Turners. Each year, we organize a series of book drives where students and faculty donate a mix of their annotated and unannotated books from the school year, which Page Re-Turners then passes along to other readers, giving many books destined for the dumpsters a “second life.” In 2022, we collected 577 books (most of Grade 9-12 reading levels) and donated them to five organizations across Massachusetts, including a local jail and public school. Last spring, we donated 800+ books across America. This fall, we’re looking to donate books internationally and would love to have the help of more students!
