Meetings will be on Thursdays during Community Time in Health Center Classroom 208. If you’re interested, please let a counselor know or email counseling@deerfield.edu to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are okay, but reservations are preferred. This group will help you understand the function of anxiety and provide evidence-based strategies and coping skills to help you better manage anxiety. The group will run through the end of the Fall Term. It is encouraged to repeat the curriculum if needed/desired.
