On Tuesday Jan 31, 2023, at 7 pm in the Wachsman Concert Hall, our Molecules and Energy class will be giving a talk on the “Egyptian Midnight reaction,” a chemical reaction where a colorless solution suddenly turns into a deep purple. Our talk will share our experimental results in the lab and cover topics such as reaction rates and activation energy along the way.
