Routine COVID Testing Schedule

Hello Deerfield, 

Thank you for all your help getting our school year started safely.

Students, we are now moving from Arrival and Confirmation testing to a routine schedule. 

Day students should be tested twice each week during the Testing Center’s open hours: Monday and Thursday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Boarding students will continue to be tested once each week in the evenings, escorted by Squad with the on-duty faculty member according to the following schedule:

Sundays:

7:50 to 8:05pm: Rosenwald 1

8:05 to 8:20pm: Rosenwald 2

8:20 to 8:35pm: Shumway 1

8:35 to 8:55pm: Shumway 2

8:55 to 9:05pm: Shumway 3

9:05 to 9:20pm: O’Byrne Curtis 1 

9:20 to 9:40pm: O’Byrne Curtis 2

9:40 to 9:55pm: Barton 1

9:55 to 10:15pm: Barton 2

10:15 to 10:30pm: Barton 3

 

Mondays:

8:00 to 8:10pm: Johnson 1

8:10 to 8:20pm: Johnson 2

8:20 to 8:30pm: Johnson 3

8:30 to 8:45pm: Doubleday 1

8:45 to 9:00pm: Doubleday2

9:00 to 9:15pm: Doubleday 3

9:15 to 9:30pm: Louis Marx 1 East

9:30 to 9:40pm: Louis Marx 1 North

9:40 to 9:55pm: Louis Marx 2 East

9:55 to 10:05pm: Louis Marx 2 North

10:05 to 10:30pm: John Williams East & West

 

Tuesdays:

8:00 to 8:15pm: Mather 1

8:15 to 8:30pm: Mather 2

8:30 to 8:50pm: Scaife 1

8:50 to 9:10pm: Scaife 2

9:10 to 9:20pm: John Louis 1 North

9:20 to 9:30pm: John Louis 1 East

9:30 to 9:40pm: John Louis 2 North

9:40 to 9:55pm: John Louis 2 East

9:55 to 10:20pm: Mods

10:20 to 10:30pm: Bewkes

 

Wednesdays:

8:00 to 8:20pm: McAlister 1

8:20 to 8:40pm: McAlister 2

8:40 to 8:55pm: McAlister 3

8:55 to 9:15pm: Field 1

9:15 to 9:35pm: Field 2

9:35 to 9:50pm: Field 3

9:50 to 10:05pm: Harold Smith 1

10:05 to 10:15pm: Harold Smith 2

 

Thursdays:

8:00 to 8:25pm: Pocumtuck 1

8:25 to 8:50pm: Pocumtuck 2

8:50 to 9:05pm: Pocumtuck 3

9:05 to 9:25pm:DeNunzio 1

9:25 to 9:50pm: DeNunzio 2

 

As a reminder: Please DO NOT eat or drink anything for 30 minutes before you take your test!

Students who are 18+: You must “Start a new Test” in your Ginkgo Portal before your testing time.
