WSI: Water Safety Instructor Course

Deerfield Academy is offering a Water Safety Instructor Course to students who are interested in learning how to teach swim lessons to both children and adults. This course will be on the weekends this spring and consist of pool and classroom work. Students must be very comfortable with the water and know how to swim. If they pass, students receive a certification valid for two years, which you can be renewed online. This can be a great summer job opportunity.
