Kikka Giudici ’20 Places in Top-25 at USSA U-16 National Championships

Kikka Giudici ’20 returned to Deerfield this week after competing in 3 events – slalom, giant slalom, and super-G – at the United States Ski & Snowboard Association U-16 National Championships at Mission Ridge Ski Resort in Wenatchee, WA from April 1st-4th.  At the competition, Kikka finished in the Top-25 in the super-G (22nd).  She was 36th in the slalom and 41st in the giant slalom.

In her first season for the Big Green, Kikka led the way for the girls earning 1st place finishes in all of six of this season’s league races and she awarded the Amy Spencer Cup as the top-female performer in the Mt. Institute Ski League.  Additionally, she helped to pace the girls team to a 3rd place finish at the New England Prep School Athletic Association Class A Ski Championships.  At the championships, Kikka collected a silver medal in the slalom and a bronze in the giant slalom.
