Special Class Schedule on October 20
On October 20, we will follow a Special Schedule that allows families to attend classes with their student(s). On this day, all six periods will meet for 35 minutes each with a 10-minute passing period. The schedule is as follows:
• Period 1: 8:30 – 9:05 am
• Period 2: 9:15 – 9:50 am
• Snacks available in the Dining Hall: 10 – 10:40 am
• Period 3: 10:40 – 11:15 am
• Period 4: 11:25 am – 12 pm
• Period 5: 12:10 – 12:45 pm
• Period 6: 12:55 – 1:30 pm
• Lunch available: 11:30 am – 2:30 pm

Class Day Bells on October 20
Class day bells will sound to mark the beginning and end of a period. A reminder bell will also sound at 8:25 am as a reminder the class day is about to begin. As to not disrupt other events in session, a reminder bell will not sound before Period 3 begins (so please keep an eye on the time).
Lunch & Snack Schedule on October 20
Lunch will be available 11:30 am – 2:30 pm. Please note that there is no lunch break in the middle of the class day. Students and families are encouraged to adhere to the following lunch schedule:
• Students with Period 4 free: Attend lunch with your guests at 11:30 am – 12 pm
• Students with Period 5 free: Attend lunch with your guests at 12:10 – 12:45 pm
• Students with Period 6 free: Attend lunch with your guests at 12:55 – 1:30 pm
• Students without Periods 4, 5, or 6 free: Attend lunch with your guests between 1:30-2:30 pm
Students are encouraged to go to the 10 – 10:40 am snack period in the Dining Hall, especially if they do not have Periods 4, 5, or 6 free (and therefore will not have lunch until after classes end at 1:30 pm).
Cocurriculars on October 20
Unless your co-curricular supervisor/coach tells you differently, all cocurriculars will meet on October 20. Please note that the co-curricular period will begin at 4 pm on this day. Please contact your co-curricular supervisor/coach if you have any questions about your cocurricular’s schedule on the 20.
Fall Term Holidays October 23 & 24
Please note that Monday, October 23, and Tuesday, October 24, are Fall Term Holidays, and no classes will meet on those days. When we continue classes on Wednesday, October 25, Periods 1, 2, and 3 will meet. See the rest of the week’s schedule on the Class Schedule Calendar.
