Sign ip for the Deerfield Orchestra!

Open to all students, faculty, staff, and families, the Deerfield Orchestra rehearses on Tuesday evenings after sit-down dinner, 7:00 – 8:30 pm. Ninth and tenth graders are allowed to return to Study Hall promptly after the end of rehearsal. The Sign up deadline is this Sunday, September 4.

Our first rehearsal will be Tuesday, September 6.
It’s important that every musician is present at every rehearsal. Please be sure you can make this commitment when signing up.

Friday, October 14, at 7:30 pm:  Performing Arts Showcase at Fall Family Weekend (Orchestra performs)
Thursday, December 8, at 7:00 pm – Dress Rehearsal for The Holiday Concert
Friday, December 9, at 7:30 pm – The Holiday Concert
Sunday, January 29 (all-day event) – Choate Music Day (side-by-side performance with the Choate Orchestra in CT)
Friday, April 21, at 7:30 pm – Performing Arts Showcase at Spring Family Weekend (Orchestra performs)
Friday, May 5, at 7:00 pm – The Deerfield Orchestra “Homegrown” concert, featuring student compositions and student soloists
