On Sunday, February 18, 2024, Kaelin Creagh ’24 competed in the USA Track & Field New England Indoor Championship hosted by Harvard University. Kaelin bolted to a first-place finish and personal best time in both the 60m and 200m races earning New England Champion titles in both events.
In the 60m race, Kaelin crossed the finish line with a personal best time of 7.69 seconds. Later in the 200m event, she once again was the first to cross the finish line with a time of 24.87 seconds which marked another personal best time. Additionally, both times marked national qualifying times. Kaelin had previously secured a national qualifying time in the 400m event.
The USA Track & Field indoor national championship will take place in March 2024.
At the 2023 New England Prep School Association (NEPSAC) Class A Track & Field Championship hosted by Andover, Kaelin captured the New England title in both the 100m and 200m events with a time of 12.33 seconds and 25.55 seconds respectively. Furthermore, she was a member of the winning 4x100m relay team.
