On Saturday, 1/20, the Deerfield girls squash teams went 3-0 against their opponents to each continue their perfect seasons and remain undefeated in 2017-2018.
The Varsity and JV girls teams traveled to Simsbury, CT to face off against Westminster. The varsity team defeated the Martlets 5-2 while the JV squad eked out a tight 4-3 win, the closest margin of the season, to hold onto their undefeated season. At home, the Thirds team hosted Taft and won convincingly, 6-1, over the Rhinos.
With Saturday’s wins the varsity team improves to 7-0, the JV squad boasts a 6-0 record and the Thirds team is now 3-0. Collectively, at the mid-way point in the season, Deerfield girls squash proudly posts a 16-0 record.
