Sluggish out of the gate, Deerfield gave up the first eight points to Andover, but steadily chipped away at the visitors’ lead, climbing to within two points at halftime. Led by the scrappy play of Jackson Pitcher on both ends of the floor, and the strong defensive efforts of both Nick Osarenren and Bennett Pitcher, Deerfield kept the game close throughout the second half. In the end, Andover prevailed on the strength of their outside shooting, as the team hit on eleven three pointers for the game.
