Community Yoga Classes Have Started

Community Yoga classes with Lindel Hart return on Tuesday, August 27! These classes, which meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 6 pm, are open to everyone in the DA Community, including students. All are welcome. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or an absolute beginner interested in exploring what yoga offers, these classes are the perfect way to build strength and flexibility, shed stress, improve balance, and calm the mind. And it’s a great way to make new friends. We meet in Studio 1, off the main lobby in the new section of the Athletic Complex. Mats and a wide variety of props are available for your use, and if you have your mat, feel free to bring it.
