On Monday, April 8, much of the US will be fortunate to observe a total eclipse, and here in Deerfield, we will experience 95% cover of the Sun. Eclipse glasses will be handed out at lunch. The Science Department will have glasses, music, snacks, and a solar telescope set up at the Sundial immediately following classes. The event will peak at 3:28 pm, and everyone in the community is invited!
