This year’s conference will take place on Sunday, April 14, at The Governor’s Academy, and it will be a whole-day commitment. Asian, Asian American, and mixed-heritage Asian students from independent secondary schools in New England will meet to hear a keynote by Simon Tam, “an author, musician, activist, and self-proclaimed troublemaker.” The theme of the conference is Creating Our Narrative, which will be promoted through both student and faculty-led workshops throughout the day.
The conference will be a great opportunity to meet and connect with students across New England to discuss various topics relevant to the Asian/Asian-American experience. It should be a super fun day; we look forward to receiving your applications. Let us know if you have any questions!
