Dear Senior Class,
Welcome back! We are getting close to the home stretch of your senior year at Deerfield Academy, and planning is well underway for Commencement. As a part of the planning, all graduating seniors must confirm the name that will be printed on their diplomas and also record their names as they will be read during the Commencement ceremony. To complete these tasks, you can either stop by the Class of 2024 table during Wednesday lunch in February or stop by the Academic Affairs Office (212 Library) during Community Time on February 8 or between February 12 and 16. If you complete all tasks by 2/16, you will be entered to win an international snack basket for your floor (or cocurricular team or advisory if you are not dorm-affiliated).
To reiterate:
Who: All graduating seniors
What: Complete your diploma and Commencement name confirmation
Where/When: Dining Hall Lobby, Wednesday Lunch (11:30-1:30) during February (2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 2/28)
