The window for signing up for Spring Cocurricular Yoga is now open! When we think of yoga, we often envision lots of stretching exercises. But it can also help increase strength and flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration and mental focus, enhance athletic performance, prevent injury, and lead to better sleep. Yoga also improves balance, heightens body awareness, and fosters a deeper mind-body connection. Plus, it’s fun! Our yoga cocurricular meets for an hour four days a week, and its lower time commitment provides you more time to devote to other forms of exercise, homework, or just chilling. Whether you’re a complete novice or someone who has taken yoga classes previously, yoga is for you!
