American Math Competitions 2024

The American Math Competition (AMC) will take place here on campus on Wednesday, November 6, and again on Tuesday, November 6. What is it? It’s a multiple-choice, paper examination with 25 interesting problems, open to anyone in grades 9-12! All the details are on the signup form.

Please email any questions to Mr. Reid or the Math Club presidents, Kevin or Anna.

The top scorers are invited to the American Invitational Math Exam, and the top scorers are invited to the USA Math Olympiad, which is used to choose the US team at the International Math Olympiad. But you can have a good time with the AMC without ambitions beyond it.
