As a junior, you are registered to take the PSAT on Saturday, October 14. The PSAT will be given in a digital format using your Deerfield computer. In preparation for the test, each student must complete a Digital Readiness Check before the test day. To ensure you are ready for the test, the Digital Readiness Check will be completed during the Junior College Advising introductory meetings scheduled to begin next week. The College Advising Office will notify you with a date and time of your meeting.
Before the meeting with College Advising, you must download the Bluebook app onto your computer. You can download Bluebook from the App Center on your Macbook or from the College Board website (https://bluebook.collegeboard.org/students). The college advisors will walk you through the Digital Readiness Check using your individual credentials, which will be provided to you during the advising meeting. Upon completion of the Digital Readiness Check you will be able to preview a sample PSAT or take a full-length practice test and be assured that everything is in place for the actual test.
Additionally, Deerfield works with Revolution Prep to provide test prep resources to students. If you would like more information or opportunities to practice the new digital format, here are resources you can access:
