Complete Your Plagiarism Statement Agreement (Due Sept. 3)

If you did not do so yesterday at the Academic Integrity Education session you attended, please take a moment to read and sign the Plagiarism Statement Agreement. All students must read and sign the Plagiarism Statement Agreement by 11 pm on September 3, 2023.

While filling out your Plagiarism Statement Agreement, you will be asked if you attended Academic Integrity Education during Fall 2023:
• If you attended last night’s session, please click YES on this question, sign your name, and then continue to complete the rest of the form.
• If you did not attend last night’s session, please click NO on this question, and then continue to complete the rest of the form. After finishing the form, please email academics@deerfield.edu or hwhite@deerfield.edu (if you have not yet done so) to receive information about attending a make-up education session. If you have already contacted us, you don’t need to again unless you have questions.

Please note that your Academic Integrity requirements for the 2023-2024 school year are not fulfilled until you attend an education session AND complete your Plagiarism Statement Agreement form.
