Join us at the Coping with Stress Group

Feeling stressed? Burned out? Come learn practical, hands-on tools for decreasing stress and improving your wellbeing. Meetings will be on Tuesdays during Community Time beginning on April 11 in Health Center Classroom 208. If you’re interested, please let a counselor know or email to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are ok but reservations are preferred. The group will run for four weeks. Snacks and good company provided!
