AP exams will be administered May 1 – 12. The exams will start each weekday at 8 am or noon. The College Board dictates the days and times of the exams.
For the morning exams, students will need to report to their testing room at 7:30 am to check in. Students who are taking these exams will be excused from their morning classes, 1st and 2nd or 4th and 5th periods. Morning exams will usually conclude by noon, but some students with accommodations for testing may be dismissed later in the day.
For the afternoon exams, students will need to report to their testing room at 11:45 am to check in. So as to not disrupt classes, students who are taking these exams will be excused from their 2nd and 3rd period or 4th and 5th period classes so that they can get lunch at 11:15 and report for testing on time at 11:45 am.
These absences will be excused for students taking AP exams. Students should notify their teachers of any anticipated absences for AP exams and work with them to stay caught up with their classes.
