Description:
Many students would like to learn how to meditate but feel too stressed to take the time to learn how to destress… …? Maybe this week is the week where you stop the cycle and start a meditation practice to feel a reduction in anxiety and stress and start feeling clearer and calmer in your day.

Format of the class:
1. 5-minute check-in
2. 15-minute meditation
3. 15-minute discussion on applying these to your everyday life.
