Remembrance of All Souls – First Church of Deerfield

On the first Sunday of November, the First Church of Deerfield celebrates All Souls by lifting prayer flags of remembrance for those who have died. We warmly invite all to join in this shared practice of blessing by creating a prayer flag for a loved one.
Materials are now available on the church steps; feel free to take extras for a friend or neighbor who has experienced loss. If you would like your flag to be included in our ceremony of blessing and remembrance, please send or bring it to the church by 10 am on November 5.

May all souls be welcomed, remembered, blessed, and beloved.
