Description:
Sometimes, we feel like our mind is out of control. Negative thinking patterns can upset us, skew the truth, and cause us to worry excessively. Sometimes, this may cause us to make questionable decisions based on anxiety or just stopping bad feelings.

Loving-kindness meditation is about exercising our ability to cultivate authentic positive emotions. This process helps balance our inherent negativity bias to excessively worry or ruminate, resulting in a calm, relaxed mind.

In short, this meditation makes you feel good.
