Meetings will be on Thursdays during Community Time beginning on October 19 in Health Center Classroom 208. If you’re interested, please let a counselor know or email counseling@deerfield.edu to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are okay, but reservations are preferred. This group will help you understand the function of anxiety and provide evidence-based strategies and coping skills to help you better manage anxiety. The group will run for five weeks. It is encouraged to repeat the curriculum if needed/desired.
