Complete Your Plagiarism Statement Agreement (Due Sept. 4)

If you did not do so yesterday during or after your Academic Integrity Education session, please take a moment to read and sign the Plagiarism Statement Agreement. All students must sign the Plagiarism Statement Agreement by 11 pm on Sunday, September 4, 2022.

While filling out your Plagiarism Statement Agreement, you will be asked if you attended Academic Integrity Education during Fall 2022:

  • If you attended last night’s session, please click YES on this question, sign your name, and then continue to complete the rest of the form.
  • If you did not attend last night’s session, please click NO on this question, and then continue to complete the rest of the form. After finishing the form, please email academics@deerfield.edu or hwhite@deerfield.edu (if you have not yet done so) to receive information about attending a make-up education session.

Please note that your Academic Integrity requirements for the 2022-2023 school year are not fulfilled until you attend an education session and complete your Plagiarism Statement Agreement form.
