If you are looking still looking for a Fall cocurricular, and you would like to serve the community and work with me and local organic farmers in harmony with the land, consider joining Deerfield’s Farm Team. We will work on two family-run farms and engage in harvesting carrots, potatoes, beets, kale, and popcorn, as well as sorting and planting garlic, and lots of weeding, of course! On Thursdays, we visit beautiful hiking trails in the area. We meet Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 3:30 to 5:30, and Wednesday, from 1:30 to 3:30.
