On Friday, December 9, the Academy will host a flu and Covid-19 vaccination/booster clinic on campus for students and employees from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on the upper level track in the Athletics Complex Field House. Please use this form to sign up now .

Please note, if you are 17 years of age or younger, a parent or guardian must click the link above and sign you up for the clinic. If you are 18 years of age or older, you must sign yourself up.
