Meetings will be on Thursdays during Community Time beginning on October 20 in Health Center Classroom 208. If you’re interested, please let a counselor know or email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are ok but reservations preferred. This group will help you understand the function of anxiety and provide evidence-based strategies and coping skills to help you better manage anxiety. The group will run on a four to five week rotation. It is encouraged to repeat the curriculum if needed/desired.
