Important Information for Students Registered for Digital AP Exams

We are less than a month away from the end of Spring Term and the start of digital AP Exams. As you remember from previous communication, Deerfield Academy is administering AP Exams during “Administration III,” which are held away from campus, online, and during June 1-11.

There are a variety of steps that you need to take in advance to prepare to take a digital exam, including downloading a digital app from the College Board. This slide show outlines the steps you need to take and provides links to resources regarding digital exams; this was emailed to students registered for AP exams Friday, April 30. Some of the steps should be completed now (checking your exam schedule and downloading the digital app) and some can wait until the days before the exam so you should not delay in looking at the slides and taking the steps necessary to be ready for your AP exams. You should also start reading the emails that College Board will be sending you over the next month before your exam. They will send important reminders and tips about testing, so it is important that you read these messages carefully.

If you have decided not to take any of the exams you registered for, please contact Ms. Donnally Drake as soon as possible so she can cancel your registration. If you have any questions or issues with the digital app, please review the resources at the end of the slide show or you can contact Ms. Donnally Drake.
