Ellicott came to Deerfield as a new sophomore from Colorado. After DA, she double-majored in Cultural Anthropology and Latin American Studies at Colby College. She graduated college in 2013 and moved to Seattle, Washington where she spent four years working in policy advocacy at an immigrant rights organization and then attended law school. Now, she works as an attorney specializing in civil rights and employment law. Most of her practice focuses on representing agricultural workers in class actions, individual representation, and impact litigation. In her spare time, she enjoys taking advantage of the Pacific Northwest’s outdoor offerings and can usually be found paddle boarding, mountain biking, trail running, and back country skiing.
