THIS MORNING, between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm, ITS will be replacing the Academy’s core network switch (the software and hardware that routes traffic across our network). This will result in intermittent total outages of all network services. Each of these rolling outage periods is expected to last up to 15 minutes. The services impacted by this work include: campus WIFI (Greendoor and DAWireless), wired network access, Internet access, email, phone service, access to network file shares, VPN, printing, DAinfo, and Banner.
