Hey Deerfield! This is just a reminder that the CSGC Art Contest will be closing on October 22! This contest is to raise awareness of sustainability and environmental protection. Our theme for this contest is the valley, so you could send anything about the valley, the beauty of it, the destruction of it, or the memories of it. Winners will be chosen based on relation to the theme (valley), quality, and how it relates to environmental awareness, sustainability, or appreciation. We will choose the top six from the submission, including prose, drawing, and photography, two for each category.
The winners’ submissions will be posted on the Bulletin, displayed in the library, and given a prize. Please send the work to Cassidy Cook with a 100-word description of why your work pertains to sustainability or environmental awareness. Thank you!
