Starting this week, students and staff will be able to shop in the store during our limited reopening … look for our new Open flag outside the building! This year, we’ve changed the layout of the store, so please enter from the front (Albany Road-side). You will exit from the Dining Hall side. Masks, social distancing and sanitizing when entering the building will be required. Due to the size of the building, only five customers will be allowed inside at any one time; if that capacity has been reached, you will be asked to wait outside (at appropriate distances) or return at another time. The store has been rearranged to allow better distancing inside. We’ll be happy to help you find what you need. No clothing may be tried on in the store. Your purchases may be returned for exchange or refund as long as they are clean and unworn. Tags and labels should remain on the apparel for returns. OneCards, Cash or Credit Cards may be used as payment.
Due to the limited availability of the store, we will continue to offer Store Pickup and Dorm Deliveries for now. Please use the online store (store.deerfield.edu) for credit card purchases. Select Dorm Delivery or Store Pick up at Checkout to avoid shipping charges. You do not need to register or log in to place an order. Please use the guest checkout and include your Dorm address as the shipping information. If you’d like to use your OneCard for payment, just send your order by email to hitchcockhouse@deerfield.edu and use the online store as your guide to available items. Don’t forget sizes, colors and quantities.
The Athletic Store is not open at this time. Some items from the Athletic Store can be found online (soccer socks, balls, goggles, tape). If there’s something you need that you can’t find, send us an email. We can get what you need with advance notice.
