1. Comcast Outage Alert – Monday 11/25 (All Day)
  
  On Monday, 11/25, Comcast will upgrade amplifiers across campus. This will cause cable TV and Internet outages during the day, but it will not affect DA-Wireless/GreenDoor Wi-Fi.
2. ITS Scheduled Maintenance on Friday 11/29 5 -9 am
  
  On Friday, 11/29, from 5 – 9 am, ITS will apply critical updates to our firewall; this will cause intermittent outages campus-wide while the updates are installed.
3. ITS Scheduled Maintenance – Monday 11/25 8am – Noon
  
  On Monday, 11/25, between 8 am and noon, ITS will replace UPS (batteries) in several devices. The following locations will experience a small network outage for 10-15 minutes while these are replaced: MSB – Phones only (This includes Faxes and Elevator phones across campus) Little Brown House Hitchcock Zamboni Shed Temporary Dining Hall

1. ITS Scheduled Maintenance Sunday 11/24 – 11PM
  
  On Sunday, 11/24, shortly after 11 pm, we will be applying a minor update to Deerfield Wi-Fi. During this time, some users may experience a temporary outage of up to five minutes; if you are disconnected, please try reconnecting after a couple of minutes.

  The Go Show – DA Radio Monday, November 18, from 9:45 – 10:30 pm. The Go Show discusses the talent, lore, and levity the DA girls JV hockey team

  With Thanksgiving Break starting this week, the Campus Stores schedules will change through the end of the month. Hitchcock House Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 4:30 pm 11/23-12/2 CLOSED Reopening Tuesday, 12/3 with winter hours: closing at 5:00pm Mon-Fri Athletic Store Mon-Thu 2:30pm – 4:30 pm 11/22-12/2 CLOSED Reopening Tues 12/3 regular hours
5. “Developing GRIT” LEADS Kick-Off Event Monday
  
  All students, faculty, and staff are invited to the Deerfield LEADS Kick-Off event 3:15-4 pm in the Garonzik. Topher Scott, founder of Hockey Think Tank, will speak on "Developing GRIT".

1. Private Music Lesson Sign-up for Winter Term Lessons is Open for New Music Students!
  
  If you have been taking lessons in Fall Term and are planning to continue you DO NOT need to sign up again. If you’d like to sign up for music lessons for the first time, you may start in Winter Term. Sign up with this link: https://deerfield.edu/students/register-for-private-music-lessons. Lessons take place weekly for 45 minutes during a student’s free period, community time, Flex Time or after school. Teachers will contact students to arrange their lesson time. There will be 9 lessons in Winter Term. All levels of ability are welcome to sign up for lessons! We offer instruction on all band and orchestral instruments, piano, guitar, drum set, percussion and voice. For questions email Ms Swersey at sswersey@deerfield.edu.

1. Lost & Stolen OneCards
  
  Please safeguard your OneCard and avoid leaving it unattended. In recent weeks, many OneCards have gone lost or stolen when reportedly left out. The time, effort, and cost to replace these can be burdensome – for the Finance Office, and also for the owner (who is billed $10 for each replacement). Similarly, please be respectful of other people’s belongings, including OneCards.
