Katie Calhoun has a BA from Williams College and a MST from the University of New Hampshire. She taught math and was a dean at Hotchkiss until 2006 when she and her husband, Rich, moved to Santiago, Chile, to teach at the international school, Nido de Aguilas. They moved to Deerfield in 2007 and Katie presently teaches math and coaches field hockey. She lives in Everett house with her husband and four children. She is currently a UPenn Graduate School of Education Mentor and works side-by-side with the UPenn Math Fellow at Deerfield. Together, they currently teach sections of Algebra I.
