Deerfield Athletics Trips

South Carolina

The Deerfield golf team is thrilled to announce our upcoming trip to Kiawah Island, South Carolina, one of the world’s most renowned golf destinations. During our stay, we will have the privilege of playing at two exceptional private facilities – The River Course and Cassique. These courses are renowned for their challenging layouts and top-notch practice amenities, which will allow us to sharpen our skills in preparation for the upcoming season. Throughout our stay, our team and coaches will be residing in close proximity to the courses, sharing meals and bonding as we gear up for the season ahead.

  • Arrival flight cost and booking is the responsibility of the participating student and their family. The coaches request that accepted students arrive to the Charleston, South Carolina Airport by 1:30 pm on Monday, March 17.

     

2025 Preliminary Itinerary

Monday, March 17

  • Students arrive to South Carolina and connect with coaches then travel to team accommodations
  • Arrival flight cost and booking is the responsibility of the participating student and their family. The coaches request that accepted students arrive to the Charleston, South Carolina Airport by 1:30 pm on Monday, March 17.

Tuesday to Saturday, March 18-22

  • Students will practice in the morning and play 18 holes in the afternoon. The group will reside for the week at local accommodations and enjoy team meals together.  

Sunday, March 23

  • The group will depart on a midday flight to Hartford, CT. This flight has been booked by Deerfield and is included in the cost of your trip.
