California

The girls’ water polo team will head back to California this March with a training trip to the Bay Area, continuing the Deerfield connections that date back to 2007. The team will hone their basic skills and game awareness in double sessions from Wednesday to Saturday, playing in the outdoor pool at Menlo School in Menlo Park, CA. Other highlights may include a stroll across the Golden Gate Bridge and a wander through Sausalito, an opportunity to have an Olympic clinician, see a Division 1 Polo game, and evenings spent together in one another’s delightful company.  Beginners are more than welcome to join the trip.
