Boys Hockey

Deerfield Athletics Trips

Montreal, QC, Canada

The boys hockey team will travel to Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  The team will begin the trip with team bonding while taking in a Montreal Canadiens game . Practices and scrimmages will take place at the CN Sports Complex in Brossard, as well as at Lower Canada College.  There will be plenty of team bonding activities, including meals out, and exploring the Montreal culture.  The group will wrap up on the morning of November 20th, before the group disburses to begin their Thanksgiving break.

Approx. Trip Cost (Includes one-way estimated Bus from Deerfield to MONTREAL)

Estimated trip cost: $500-750 (final trip costs will be available in early November)

helpful links & Notes

  • A passport valid through June 2024 is required to attend this trip. 
  • Departure travel and booking is the responsibility of the participating student and family. Vans will make drop-offs to Montreal and Burlington airports at the conclusion of the trip, as well as returning to the Deerfield campus for pick up. Please book and/or plan your departure travel.

November 16

  • Depart Deerfield for Montreal and attend a Canadiens game.

November 17-19

  • Practices and scrimmage at CN Sports Complex and Lower Canada College.
  • Attend AHL game.
  • Team activity in Montreal

November 20

  • Depart Montreal to begin Thanksgiving break.
