Deerfield Athletics Trips

Massachusetts & New Hampshire

The boys hockey team will meet in Boston, MA on November 29 and kick their trip off with a practice and some team bonding while taking in a Boston College hockey game.  On Saturday, the group will head to Hanover, NH for more practice time and touring the area.  The team will wrap up the trip in Concord, NH to participate in the St. Paul’s School Jamboree from Sunday to Monday.  The group will return to Deerfield together after the completion of the scrimmages on Monday, December 2.

Approx. Trip Cost (Includes ONE-WAY ESTIMATED BUS/VANS FROM PORTlAND, mA TO DEERFIELD, MA)

Estimated trip cost: $300-500 (final trip costs will be available in early November)

  • Arrival cost and booking is the responsibility of the participating students and their family. The coaches request that accepted students arrive at the team hotel outside of Boston between 12-2pm on Friday, November 29, 2024, or arrive at Boston Logan Airport by 12pm.

November 29

  • Each student arrives on own to area to start the trip at the team hotel in Boston.
  • The coaches request that accepted students arrive at the team hotel outside of Boston between 12-2pm on Friday, November 29, 2024, or arrive at Boston Logan Airport by 12pm. 

November 30 – December 1

  • Practices and scrimmage, and team activities in the area. 

December 2

  • Depart area to return to Deerfield to start the winter term and season.
