Travel Program Application

CSGC – 2024-25 Application for Faculty-Led Travel Programs

We are excited that you are interested in a faculty-led travel program! Fill out the form below to apply for a 2025 CSGC travel program.

Applications should be submitted no later than 9:45 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2024.

Please note: leaving this page before you hit submit will cause you to lose all information you have inputted. We suggest you save your responses in another document in case your information is lost before submission.

Criteria for Trip Selection:

Faculty trip leaders and the Center for Service and Global Citizenship use the following criteria to evaluate each application:

1.) Trip-specific criteria: how will the applicant’s academic interests and/or experiences allow the applicant to participate fully and contribute positively to the group’s experience?

2.) Seniority and previous travel experiences: when possible we prioritize students who have not yet traveled with the CSGC and also consider seniority.

3.) School citizenship: in what ways has the applicant shown him, herself, or themself to be a positive member of the school community?

4.) Strength of the application: do the applicant’s responses clearly and thoughtfully explain why the applicant wants to travel, and was the application submitted by the student in a timely manner?

We encourage any student who meets the trip criteria and has an interest in traveling to apply. Please note that some travel programs have prerequisites.

Financial Aid is available to all qualifying students.
