Wrestling Earns Back-to-Back Wins at Home

On Wednesday, January 18, the varsity wrestling team hosted Pomfret and Wilbraham & Monson in their first home meet of the year. The Big Green emerged victorious, earning back-to-back victorious over both visiting squads.

In the opening match of the day and the third meeting of year between the Big Green and the Pomfret Griffins, the Doors scored 59 points to secure the victory, 59-18.

The Big Green added to the success of the day by defeating Wilbraham & Monson, 52-30.

The Doors will look to continue their winning ways when they return to action this Saturday, January 21 when they host St. Paul’s at 3:30pm.
