Over long winter weekend the boys and girls varsity swim and dive team trained at the International Hall of Fame Pool in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The swimmers trained twice a day, short course yards in the mornings and long course meters in the afternoon. The divers also trained doubles and utilized the diving tower which is newly constructed, and one of only two in the world. Between practices, swimmers enjoyed time together eating, resting, and playing on the beach. The coaches are proud of how hard the team trained, and are eager to carry this momentum forward and finish the season strong!
The varsity swimming and diving teams compete against Hotchkiss this Saturday, February 11 at 3:00pm.
